By booking services with Experience Wedding Crafters, you agree to these terms. Our services include professional bridal makeup, hair styling, and related beauty services for weddings and special events.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding date receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the deposit.

4. Service Guarantee

We guarantee professional, high-quality services delivered on time. In the unlikely event of service issues, we will work to resolve them promptly and professionally.

5. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We carry professional liability insurance for your protection.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or health emergencies.
